Specially designed to create a 3D effect around the hair cortex for unique multi-dimensional that changes and morphs as light hits due it’s blue and violet pigments. B- Toner is not based on a chemical reaction, but is a physical vegan formula pigment with wheat protein and castor oil to hydrate and protect the hair.
